Systems analyst will be responsible for turning business goals into technical requirements by developing and maintaining NANO Core banking SaaS platform. As a change agent, you identify the organizational improvements needed and produce innovative solutions for a variety of complex situations.

In this position, you will

  • Analyse existing system solutions and its workflows
  • Analyse requirements and communicate with numerous stakeholders and internal suppliers
  • Create high-quality documentation of Software Products and relevant processes
  • Take ownership of particular products and act as product owner
  • Create systems changes by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
  • Control solution by establishing specifications; coordinate production with programmers
  • Validate results by testing programs
  • Ensure operation by training client personnel
  • Assist support team

  • We expect

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in systems analysis or a related field, preferably in the financial industry
  • Good Rest API knowledge
  • Proactive approach and ability to take ownership, attention to details and strong analytical skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
  • Fluent English language (verbal and written)
